You need to download the small developer launcher and extract the files in your game client, the files you are missing are in there. Let me know if you solved it because i am stuck on the next step, maybe we can help each other

First of all thank you so much for the extensive video about installing rf online locally and the instructions. With that said i hit a wall, all the servers are running but when i try to run the mini launcher i get the LangPack reading failure message. I have edited the R3Engine as you said on your main post but i dont seem to be able to move forward, i either get that server is under maintenance or the LangPack reading failure, any ideas how to move forward from this? I have done the whole process 3 times so far and using eveything you say the way you say it so i dont understand why i cant run the server properly. Thank you so much
