[2.2.3.2] PHP Excel Default Parser [English/Russian]

In case people didn't figure out, or are struggling with how to use the unpacker, follow this tutorial, I used xampp, so my folder for the parser was inside C:\xampp\htdocs.
Also, you may get an error when trying to unpack or compile them, in that case, just adjust the config.php file inside the php2.8 inside the parser, put the source of your parser  in there, in my case it was C:\xampp\htdcos\parser. If you have any questions, that the video doesn't answer, let me know, I'll try to help.

unpacker in php parser still not help you rebuild anything if you lost server script, useless. try c++ version if you wanna rebuild anything and wanna usefull tools , you can rebuild using client side patch.
i have complete all version from this parser since i stopped in rf online.

The packer already has some default server scripts, if you lost all your server scripts, that's on you for not backing it up.
